Tonight was the Banbury star 10 mile time trial on a hilly course that is quite hard. Tonight was extremely hard because There was a strong head wind all the way out for 5 mile it was so hard to get to the turn around point. It took me about 14 mins to get to the tun around point. Once I turned around I was enjoying the tail wind with just going as fast as possible with a top speed of 52.7 mph but not sure where I did that but there was one bit that seem very fast. Today I overtook 4 people and luckily was not overtaken to finish in a time off 25.20 quite a bit off my PB.Thanks for reading
