Me at the startThe time trial today was a nice one because there was not too much wind. Before the start some one fell off by me as I was standing near the start and I some how did not fall over but luckly me and the bike where OK. The start today was no one holding the bike up so ever one had to start uncliped. around the course today not much happened I over took four people and did not get overtaken. Coming up the last hill I was in so much pain but I passed some one up the hill so that helped. Heading for the finish line a felt a little sick but finished and recovered quickly and found out my time was 31 mins and 3 seconds and thats a ne PB.
